Service Description
A 1-1 coaching session is perfect if you are needing guidance on correct exercise technique, where to start and what type of movements are beneficial to your body given your movement and health history. Nala focuses on improving people's relationship to movement and exercise to cultivate a sustainable movement practice. As a movement specialist, Nala draws upon a wide range of movement disciplines, including yoga, weight-lifting, pilates, injury rehabilitation and somatic movement to improve mobility and freedom of movement, correct imbalances in the body, and create a sense of wellness.
